Annual Maintenance Contract of Servers and PC

The AMC with M/s HCL Services Ltd for all Servers and PCs which are out of warranty in this division is Approved by Regional Office.
AMC will be in effect for the period from 21.9.2015 to 20.9.2016
  • A Resident Engineer from M/s HCL Services Ltd is stationed at O/o Postmaster General, Western Region, TN Circle, Coimbatore 641002. 
  • The SPM / SA may lodge the service calls from concerned office(s) by email to 
         in the proforma prescribed herewith in Annexure and also mark a copy to  divisional office for monitoring.
  • The date and time of receipt of the email will be taken as call lodging time by the PO and the due time for closure of calls will be calculated accordingly.
