Savings Bank Day was celebrated with vigour at Suramangalam HO, Rasipuram SO and Metturdam SO on 10.10.2014. 2590 new accounts were opened on the day in the Division. As part of celebration of International Girl child day on 11.10.2014, 2341 new accounts were opened in the Division.
